Mold Making
Following the construction and production planning, the tool components are manufactured using our modern and well-equipped machinery.
CNC milling, HSC milling, CNC turning, wire and die-sinking EDM, flat, round and coordinate grinding stand for quality and precision. Our key machines are automated and can thus run unmanned round the clock – cost effective for shorted project lead times.
Our technical equipment allows us to create mould with a max. weight of 15 tonnes. Our capacity is also available for all kinds of contract manufacturing
DFM
Before mold design, we send Design For Manufacturability (DFM) to customer for release.
At first, a project analysis is carried out to identify and check all critical factors concerning the production process and the technical features of the product. After that, based on the gained data and insights, a detailed DFM file (Design for Manufacturability) is prepared in order to explain the design approach and to clarify open questions, to point out potential weaknesses and to discuss suggestions for optimization.
Mold Design
All mold designs are done by our internal mechanical engineers.
Our designer team is professionally qualified in dealing with UG & CAD software, and standard of HASCO and MEUSBURGER.

Currently we have 4 injection machines with clamping force from 60 Tons to 470 Tons.
